Any issues to be raised regarding the Playing Fields & agree actions:
- Grant applications – update from discussion held councillors and parents (13.10.2025)
- Play Inspection report – works carried out. (Update from Councillor Tunnicliffe)
- To receive drawings and quotations for replacement zip line.
- To discuss ‘Dogs on Playing Field’
- Yorkshire Water – Leak Allowance approved, however further leak in chamber reported.
- Electricity Meter – I display not working (Reported) no further update.
- Bowls Club update (Buildings and Admin)
- Defibrillator donated by Grahams Contractors, with spare pads. Waiting for Defib Cabinet.
This is to be erected at Little Weighton Playing Fields.

8.1 Planning Enforcement
No further update – White Gap Road – ERYC have advised that they expect compliance with the notice
by end October 2025, at which time they shall revisit the site to assess compliance.
