RESOLVED: Minutes of the meeting held 6th July 2022, were then approved as a true & correct record.

Per Police Co.uk Reported for June, no reported crime for Rowley Parish area.
Councillor Woodall reported that three accidents at Riplingham Crossroads since July 2022.
127/22 – LITTLE WEIGHTON PLAYING FIELDS
Playing Fields. – Play Bark to be distributed Sunday 11th September 2022.
Play Equipment – Councillor Turner presented the quotations received for the new equipment.
Discussion took place.
RESOLVED – Quotation received from Play dale was accepted. (Monkey Bars, Rocking Log, Log Walk). Works to be carried out in Spring 2023. Councillor Turner to liaise with Play dale

22/02547/PLF – Erection of feed shed following demolition of modular building, and erection of animal shelter at Smallholding, White Gap Road, Little Weighton.
RESOLVED – That this application is approved for animal food storage and animal shelter only.

133/22 WARD COUNCILLORS REPORT
Councillor Smith reported that she is the local representative for Hull and East Riding and trustee to the Prowdes charity.
The fund is for the benefit of the founder’s kin and boys and young men between the ages of 9 and 25 who are resident in the North or East Ridings of Yorkshire or in the County of Somerset to assist with education by grant of Prowdes Exhibitions to candidates approved by the Trustees in their absolute discretion.
134/22 HIGHWAYS
Rowley Road Carriageway Improvement works have commenced. It was noted that there is no signage from South Cave side into Little Weighton which is causing Drivers to pull sharply into Rowley Cottage driveway and turn around. The Clerk will raise concern with ERYC Highways Officer & Contractors.
Briars to be cut around barriers/signage near to the Village Entrance.
Gypsy/Travellers – Recently set up camp at the end of Bentley Village. Enquiries to be made to ERYC to ask if anything can be done to stop them staying/parking there.
