            To receive nominations and appoint Chair.

            Chair to sign Declaration of acceptance of Office.

13.       Little Weighton Playing Fields

Any issues to be raised regarding the Playing Fields & agree action(s)

  1. Request from LW Bowls Club for clarity on building ownership.

  1. 23/01245/TPO – Walkington – 1972 (ref 262) A5 & W5 – Pollard 3 No. Beech Trees (T25,T26 & T27) to 5-6 metres due to the trees overhanging public footpath and fruiting bodies at the base. Fell 2 sycamore Trees (T41 & T2) due to cavities, decay, leaning stem, root damage, and significant soil erosion exposing large proportion of root plate at Risby Park Farm, Risby Lane, Walkington.
