LITTLE WEIGHTON
Prior to the meeting commencing ERYC Senior Engineer for Traffic Management gave a summary on road safety and statistics for the Parish.
Grahams Contractors (Jocks Lodge) development also attended and gave a scheme update.

RESOLVED: Minutes of the meeting held 2nd October 2024 were then approved as a true & correct record.
152/24 LOCAL POLICING TEAM
PCSO Lynch attended the meeting and advised there had been no crimes reported for Little Weighton or the Parish. He had also attended the village with the pro laser (Speed Gun) outside the Primary School.
153/24 – LITTLE WEIGHTON PLAYING FIELDS
Fascia Boards – Works completed.
Manhole Cover & Associated costs – works completed.
Play Safety Inspection report received – Councillors Turner, Hayton & Armstrong will work through the report with their recommendations to be bought back to Council.

- Christmas Light Switch on – will be held on the 6th of December 6.00pm for 6.30pm.

Councillor Meredith & Councillor Gill reported:
ERYC Open Door Event to be held at South Cave.
Do it for East Yorkshire Grant available from 6th November 2024- 4th December 2024.

a. Chalk Path update – Nil claim return has been submitted each month to date. No invoice from ERYC as yet.
b. To receive update from ERYC on Eroded Pavement (Rowley Road)
Works are expected to commence early new year 2025.
163/24 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
- Ash Die back (Lilac Grove Trees) & North View – awaiting Survey & costings.
- Pond Maintenance – Grounds maintenance work has been carried out, suggested that this is cleared each quarter – APPROVED.
